Can someone explain why he needs a trailer so long when everywhere else in the US this 395 can be hauled with an f150 with a flatbed?
The left and right at market st was just crazy for the truck size
Great job sir what model and size motor is that Peterbilt, and did it have an automatic transmission?
What a corney Truck, NO shifting, an automatic 😮 what a lame truck😂a girl can drive that load to Canada 😅 let me find a real trucking Video, stay safe❤
Y are your tires not matching across the axles as per dot regulations. I don’t do heavy haul so I’m curious if it’s the same rules on the stinger/jeeps. Not trying to criticize just generally curious
Nice size load Also hello from a heavy hauler in New Brunswick
when are we going to see more video
It looks like the driver of the semi with the blue tractor (at about 16:30) could see what you were trying to do and held his lane back.
Does the port of Montreal not have the capability to land these loads?
Ships don’t stop at every port. It would take them forever. They offload at strategic common distribution points based on the majority of their cargo.
I like the video. What do the little trophy cups that pop up on the screen signify?
Where are the new videos its over a month now ?
Making you drive on much more narrow roads to avoid tolls is crazy to me when you're hauling multi million dollar equipment
Fat thumbs down for the awful music. What is with that?!
As an amature livery designer, I like the design of your company truck's livery
Wow! After watching this video, I wondered if you would venture to transport a heavy haul to the north of Canada. It would have to be in winter.
Nice Vid!
1:17:00 that exit looks scary ! (yeah im watching old stuff to get your channel to go back up in my followed channel list because it seems that this list goes in function of how many videos you are watching from each channel recently)
btw, it also seems that a channel doing a live feed is always on top of that list during the livestream, maybe after your "video vacations" a bunch of old stuff on live for a day or two would help you to get back on top fast with many regular viewers (just an observation here)
@pourquoiunidentifiant thanks for the suggestion. I’ll think on it 🍻
Ahh I-77 climbing Fancy Gap north bound.
Just a question did you get stuck behind another truck in Keeseville NY a week or 2 ago trying to get back on highway?
I don’t think so nope not me
What an excellent video!! Very well done showing the skill of a heavy-haul driver. He does a terrific job of explaining what he does to load the CAT 395 excavator, secure it, and skillfully take the load safely to its destination. Being a heavy-haul driver is definitely a specialized job, and this driver definitely does his job in the most professional manner. Hats off to you! My many thanks for posting this video.
Thank you 😊 it’s comments like these that keep me posting more videos 😊
Im amazed how you can move loads like this with americas antique equipment when europe can do it with rigs half the size....
Just takes a more skillful driver 🙃
Can you tell us a little about your truck. Horsepower, transmission, rules and regulations, etc.
my country, that first part of leg is very different. you need to start at 3-4 am clear the city before the suns up and have 2-3 police cruisers on top of your cars
I have just found your channel and discovered the perfect waste of time... Mine! The most glorious Canadian accent, really interesting scenery between your home and anywhere south! And fascinating watching how you negotiate a truck that long, with that much weight, for hundreds, maybe thousands of miles. What a fabulous discovery!!!!
Welcome to the channel ✌️
Wow
voir que jtes manquer passer dans mon coin :( nice vid keep me up during down time and also pass out in bed watching your vid it like truck asmr :P
how is your pyrometer
love your video, but nope I do not agree. the base trailer will not deflect that much to bother your chains.
"Stationnements payant. Pneus obligatoire" lol.
Y'est où ton chainsaw? 😂
🤣
Well I guess it's a good thing you passed inspection since they already escorted you halfway across the state. 🤣
Holy crap, you drive an automatic.👍 So do I. I get so sick of the super- truckers that say you have to have a manual in order to be able to control the truck. 😊
If a traffic light turns red when you're halfway through an intersection like it did at 31:50 does your rear escort just stay close to your trailer and follow you through?
Most escorts will follow the load through the red light. Some are worried about getting into trouble however I have never been stopped by police for this. When the escort stops at the red light that means I need to stop to wait for him and block the road causing more traffic congestion
What was the reason for the route to go through Ottawa?
Low overpasses on the highway
That was awesome! What a treat to watch the amazing skills at work here! I can only do this in American Truck Simulator. 😂 …and even there I get myself in trouble sometimes! 😅 Much respect for you and your team sir! I’m subbed up and I look forward to watching your videos. Greetings from Amsterdam!
Welcome to the channel ✌️
I just discovered this video, I passed yall going opposite direction on highway 81 in pennsylvania. Couldnt see myself cause the part where i saw you was cut out but nice trucking!
Small world! ✌️
I can't even imagine what that costs, with all the planning and permits and fuel. We contracted a box trailer, albeit heavily insured because of what it is, from OH to AK and it cost north of $30k one way. That's for a box trailer without any permits other than border crossing, and was a power only move.
One more thing that in my old age i forgot, iwould be interested on the power train details of that pete. Thanks.
Thanks for the ride along. Retired after 42 years driving, but I always have been a fair climate driver. Heavy haul would have been interesting, but I don't think I would have had enough patience.
Definitely need patience in this game!
Unbelievable how many other drivers don't acknowledge your calls or call themselves out when headed Southbound on that road.
When is a new vid coming? UA-cam getting boring. All mine ever show is all politics 🤦♂️🤦♂️
I’m editing a video right now. Hopefully get it out in the next week or so

Thank you 🙏 for driving ☝️skill long distances and great 👍 view on way 👏👏👏👋☮️
How far can you go on one fuel up with something like this?
About 10 hours
I've stopped at scale houses and asked DOT and have been told several times there is no an exception for the weight of the generator . Unless DOT is lying to me.
Doug! You forgot to drive through New Brunswick! You better go back!
Got to love NS roundabouts! Built for the future where everything will be smaller but used a 1950 dollar budget to construct. There are worse than that yet.
For some reason here in Nova Scotia people think it is ok to pass on a solid line. New way of driver training I guess.
Not just Nova Scotia. That’s everyehere
You should have played a few slots before you left Tampa 😅
